Our memberships are month to month and are auto billed monthly but can be auto billed weekly for your convenience. The pricing below represents your payment level per membership type. Also available is a 20% discounted for an up front year payment. Here are the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions to help you prepare for your first class. Still have questions? Give us a call!
Yes and yes!
You can attend ANY Fundamentals 1 class completely FREE. Email Jeb to schedule.
- Show up to class about 15 minutes early.
- Wear workout type clothes. (We’ll provided a uniform to wear though)
- Bring any and all questions! We like questions so please don’t hold back.
- Be prepared to have fun!
It’ll take 7 to 15yrs depending on how often you train. Here’s the breakdown:
- White belt (new student) to Blue Belt: 1 to 2yrs
- Blue to Purple Belt: 2-3yrs
- Purple to Brown Belt: 2-3yrs
- Brown to Black Belt: 2-3yrs
The cost is consistent work over. When our students earn a belt they are awarded that belt. Belt rank at Lexington Jiu Jitsu is not for sale.
Our head instructor, Jeb, received ALL of his BELTS from a Pedro Sauer Black Belt & 25-year veteran Mickey Swafford. Currently, Jeb is a Pedro Sauer Black Belt under the Pedro Sauer Association. Est 2020.
Your first month cost is $110 to $200.
You get an Academy uniform, a training belt, a sweat-wicking training shirt and unlimited classes.
Thereafter, you can choose a month-to-month membership of $110-$150 per month. We do weekly billing but monthly billing is also available.
Absolutely! As a matter of fact, we have full-time women training 7 days a week and in most classes, you will see on of our amazing girls.
Technically speaking, you can train 7 days a week. However, you should find a schedule that works for you, something you can enjoy. If you enjoy training you’ll stick with it and if you stick with it your life will be noticeably enhanced. Therefore, we’d say train 1 to 3 times a week. Jiu Jitsu is a marathon not a sprint! Don’t get in a hurry just be consistent.
Yes! We have ‘new student’ beginner classes 7 Days a week. Please review our schedule to pick a class to attend.
Do Jiu Jitsu! There isn’t one activity that can prepare you for the movements that you’ll do in Jiu Jitsu so just come to class. You will do better than you think. Of course, if you’re weight lifter, runner, and swimmer or whatever you will enjoy better cardio endurance.
No! In fact, the creator of Gracie Jiu Jitsu did private lessons the day he died at the age of 95. Our training is every age person!
